Position Summary : The Residential In-Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for building rapport with customers and presenting options.

Ensuring that the customers' expectations are met and payment has been secured.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass background and drug screen
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 2 years of sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time and activity management skills
• Team player who works and communicates well with people at all levels
• Professional appearance
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing opportunities / projects simultaneously
• Ability to walk / navigate construction sites and buildings, climb ladders, traverse roofs
• Residential load calculation experience preferred
